Our experience in the 7 years we have been involved in the Dominican real estate business has been that the vast majority of property owners have yet to find management and rental services with which they are satisfied. We can understand why.
Accurate and thorough communications are essential and most times lacking. To facilitate our client communications, we have 2 US land based phone lines, 1 DR land based phone line, 2 DR cellular phone lines all with message capability, 2 Skype accounts for client connections and 3 email addresses, regularly monitored. Additionally, financial transparency and accountability standards are generally very poor and clients are sorely lacking proper receipts and documentation that should exist to confirm the accuracy of all transactions. And finally, property maintenance and repair are frequently sub-standard. To remedy this, we have negotiated with North American and European tradesmen to handle our client properties under our guidance. This system will provide a superior level of service and repairs will be done properly the first time so owners are not plagued with paying over and over for the same repair as is sometime the case.
Our policies that foster a true partnership between the parties will provide all of these essentials and more. We take care of properties with the same attention to detail as our own which will provide unparalleled Dominican Republic real estate owner satisfaction and peace of mind.
